๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Testing & Due Diligence

To ensure complete compliance with international retail standards, our manufacturing processes undergo rigorous testing. Click any of the official documentation links below to verify our factory's credentials.

1. X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Test (In-House)

This test is for Plating thickness & metal content. This test is performed after bulk production by randomly selecting and testing pieces. An XRF test provides a non-destructive chemical breakdown of jewelry to verify the exact karat purity and identify all metals present in the alloy. It confirms the presence of precious metals like gold or platinum while detecting hidden plating or hazardous materials such as lead and nickel.

2. CE Test (In-House)

925 Metal Purity is tested after bulk production using a random selection of pieces. This test is standard procedure and is used to confirm the 925 Silver metal purity.

3. Reach Test (Laboratory)

Metal safety is tested after bulk production using a random selection of pieces. This test is recommended if you want to ensure the restriction of harmful heavy metals, such as Lead, Cadmium, and Nickel. REACH regulates how much Nickel is released over time when you sweat, whereas XRF tells you how much Nickel is present on the surface.

4. Salt Spray Testing (In-House Durability Evaluation)

Conducted on samples prior to bulk production, this test evaluates wear and color longevity to optimize micron thickness based on your brand's target durability.

2.5 micron + anti-tarnish protective seal (preserves the jewelryโ€™s high-luster shine)

2.5 micron + e-coating (provides maximum durability with a slight satin finish)

1.0 micron & 0.5 micron variations available depending on your price point requirements.

5. International Market Safety & Compliance (REACH & FDA)

For brands entering strict regulatory environments, our production lines adhere to global health guidelines. This includes checking for independent laboratory benchmarks and third-party compliance tracking.
